Yes I started as commis de rang and soon
worked as restaurant manager until I started
my small business as a trade fair constructor
Made me travel across Europe for 28 years
Then I took over a Palatinate vine Restaurant
for two years until I became bar manager in
Mannheims concert hall the Capitol where I
did the bar management for three years
Now I’m working as seasonal restaurant
manager for an event location in Mannheim

Sneakers and always on the run
Yes I had a cool big sneakers collection and
back in the days everything was fast paced
and a lot of things happened within in the
shortest possible time which is no wonder
when days are longer a lot of things happen

These days
The birth of my son was the best moment in
my life and it definitely grounded me a lot
I now know how to use my time have a good
experience and how to appreciate life
I get along with people of all kind
