I cancelled studies packed my board and
travelled straight to Australia escaping the
carousel of thoughts while being actively
searching for what really makes me happy
The impressive nature in combination with
sport activities made me realize that I have
to do something related to sports since there
I know what I have

I also realized skating and surfing have
always been a big motivation for me so I
ended up studying sports science in Cologne
It was a great time and two stepping stones
were the organizing of parties within my
sports network and opening up our own bar

After my diploma I worked in marketing for a
surf company in Biarritz until I returned back
to my roots in Wieblingen near Heidelberg
Five years ago I opened up my own ice
cream store Ok Kool which took me a lot of
courage and starting capital

Ice cream looks simple but it isn’t just ice
cream because there’s also a lot around it
To me its about connecting people and make
people happy while building a community
That’s what keeps it attractive and innovative
To me it is also exciting as it has the potential
to freshen up your everyday life

I always have to do something and I like
challenges that keep me going
Heidelberg always was about music party
graffiti and skateboarding
Now I’m happy to be back here with my
family and friends around me
