Yes kind of and then I started shooting a
documentary about racism in the Dominican
Republic where my roots are
There’s a lot of racism happening between
hispanics and blacks but then the pandemic
interrupted the whole project because all
travel and courses we interrupted so sadly
I couldn’t finish it

Yeah the pandemic was a real bummer
Is this the camera you used
Yes I partly was shooting on 8mm film
But the camera is broken now and doesn’t
work anymore I have to fix it somewhere

So what are you doing these days and
When was the last time you were truly happy
At the moment I’m bar keeping to get some
straight money as rents are quite high in NY
I’m also enjoying some free time to have
some me time and clear my mind
So the last time really happy was in Mexico
during holidays because it was being without
judgements of other peoples and society
Just being myself free of work and pressure

What a big contrast to New York
Yes it is and I think you need to come to
New York do what you gotta do and then
you are good to go away and leave

Yeah its like you gotta accept your light and
dark side at the same time to balance it out

and for the next two years I am doing my
